Pacific Aktiv Ltd is part of the Pacific Sports Group that was established in 2007, and offers practical
Brand Experience solutions. We are established Kenya & have presence in Uganda and serve a range of
Regional and Local Clients.
Pacific Aktiv has recently signed an agreement with Octagon thus has access to the Octagon Network
worldwide.
Pacific Aktiv uses Sport & Sponsorships as a major tool for marketing of brands. Globally and even
locally, most companies are beginning to appreciate the potential of different sports to draw numbers
from different segments of the market. Thus there is need to fully exploit this market potential for the
mutual benefit of sportsmen, women, the corporate entities, sports bodies and the general public.
This can only be achieved through professional management of the industry and professionalism in the
management and administration of the same.

WORK PROCESS:
DESIGNING CAMPAIGN/ ACTIVATION CONCEPTS
1. We work with brand custodians to understand the DNA of the brand
2. We define target markets or audiences
3. Confirm the objective of the entire communication process of which experiential marketing might be
one communication element
4. Define the objectives of the experiential programme
5. Research, confirm and create the best experiential medium
6. Manage the process
7. Present feedback to the brand custodians
We follow a 4 phase process to design and execute an experiential:
• Phase 1
We produce a preliminary project plan suggesting a schedule of work, remuneration structure and
various options of experiential concepts.
• Phase 2
After the client confirms the schedule of work, the remuneration structure and the experiential
concept, we produce an event management manual or critical path that includes a budget.
• Phase 3
We manage the experiential programme.
• Phase 4
We receive feedback and make changes for the next campaign. We also send a report to the client
post event
